I'd give a juice like to post that I gave up looking for help & decided I will save all files on this computer and do a full system restore & hope it works this problem is in all user accounts) even new, I create just I tried EVERYTHING I can think and really want this problem resolved as soon as possible (I hope immediately) also if I change a color scheme, the size of the police, or both on my windows & buttons that it will stick when I return to themes tab and select Windows XP. now in my tab bevelling in the display properties on my top menu drop-down I have only an option for the classic Windows style (of course, all the color schemes are there and sizes of fonts. If I go to display properties in the themes tab and go to the menu drop down it says all my themes are there, but when I click on Windows XP, everything returns to normal with the exception of the Windows & buttons they remain classic Windows.
